IOT STATION

innovative sea turtle-shaped platform

collects floating waste from canals and creeks

We are proud to present

our innovative sea turtle-shaped platform that collects floating waste from canals and creeks without the use of electricity, petrol or other pollution, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally-friendly approach to waste management

  • Equipped with AI technology
  • Powered by solar energy
  • IoT station detects, collects, and segregates waste from water bodies that experience low and high tides
  • Remotely controlled
  • Real-time data monitoring
  • Alarm system that alerts operators when the skid requires discharge
IoT station

IoT station utilizes advanced sensors and cameras to detect and segregate different types of waste, while a 3D radar system scans the area and feeds information about the waste to the control center.

The system also features an LED light equipped arm that serves as navigation light to steer other boats away from the station, ensuring maximum safety, a remote measurement system that allows for 24/7 access, and alarms that can be customized for different needs

The IoT station is equipped with a unique discharge system that opens the roof and removes the skid for discharge by small marine boats, making it a highly efficient and sustainable solution for removing waste from the water

MATERIALS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Our garbage collector is designed to be durable and long-lasting, with a combination of high-quality materials specifically designed to withstand the harsh marine environment.

The skid, which collects the waste, can be made of either plastic or steel, depending on the needs and size of the station.

The belt, made of marine stainless steel 316, is incredibly durable and long-lasting, ensuring optimal performance for years

The base and arm of the station are constructed from marine-grade aluminum, a material known for its corrosive resistance, which provides a sturdy and lightweight foundation for the rest of the structure.

The roof, which is designed to collect solar energy to power the system, is made of a combination of carbon fiber and fiberglass. With a length of 10 meters, it can produce up to 3 kW of power per hour, making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option. The roof’s width is around 4.5 meters, with a curved shape that is 1 meter high, providing ample space for the solar panels and ensuring optimal collection of solar energy
