We are proud to present our innovative sea turtle-shaped platformthat collects floating wastefrom canals and creekswithout the use of electricity, petrol, or other pollution, ensuring asustainable and environmentally-friendly approachto waste management. Powered entirely by solar energy and equipped with AI technology, IoT station 005 floating waste automatic collector is a prime example of groundbreaking technology we use in Robotech. This state-of-the-art solution is designed to clean any body of water that experiences low and high tides without causing harm to marine life or disrupting the delicate ecosystem.

The entire system is operated and controlled through advanced IoT technology, allowing for full detection of any shortcomings, permission to start or stop operations, measuring the exact amount of waste collected, and an alarm system that sends a message to the operator when the skid is full and ready for discharge. Thestation is remotely controlled, offers real-time data monitoring, and features an alarm system that alerts operators when the skid is full and requires discharge. With a length of 10 meters, it can produce up to 3 kW of power per hour, making it a sustainable and environmentally friendly option.

Our platform utilizes advanced sensors and cameras to detect and segregate different types of waste, while a 3D radar system scans the area and feeds information about the waste to the control center. The system also features an LED light-equipped arm that serves as a navigation to steer other boats away from the station, ensuring maximum safety, a remote measurement system that allows for 24/7 access, and alarms that can be customized for different needs.

In addition, our platform is equipped with a unique discharge system that opens the roof and removes the skid for discharge using small marine boats, making it a highly efficient and sustainable solution for removing waste from the water.

MATERIALS

Steel

Additionally, steel is an excellent choice for these applications because it can be fabricated into a variety of shapes and sizes to meet specific design requirements.

Marine Stainless Steel 316

is incredibly durable and long-lasting, ensuring optimal performance for years. This steel contains molybdenum, which provides extra resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion caused by saltwater exposure. It can withstand harsh environmental conditions and requires minimal maintenance, reducing the need for replacement parts and materials. This type of steel is commonly used in the marine and offshore industry for equipment such as boat fittings, propellers, and pipelines, where corrosion resistance is essential

Marine-Grade Aluminum

is an aluminum alloy specifically formulated to possess high corrosion resistance properties and is often utilized in equipment installations in aquatic environments.The alloy is enhanced with the addition of magnesium and chromium, which provide superior resistance to saltwater exposure and atmospheric corrosion.Commonly employed in marine and offshore industries, marine-grade aluminum is ideal for the fabrication of boat hulls, decks, and superstructures, where lightweight and corrosion-resistant materials are fundamental for optimal functionality.

Carbon Fiber And Fiberglass
